• Completed and published Telecommunications Network Systems Management Reference manuals (Configuration, Fault Trace, Installation, and Security).
• Completed and published two proprietary User Guides for a Call Intercept program supporting local Law Enforcement.
• Created an 'Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Awareness and Prevention' CBT course (ISD/ILT) that was translated into Mandarin Chinese.
• Adjunct Faculty member (ILT) presenting Microsoft software skills instruction in collaboration with Mesa Community College and the Motorola® University.
• Completed and published charts, diagrams, graphics, illustrations, and process flows to include in systems publications.
